Women’s Multi contains vitamin and mineral complexes important for women, including calcium and magnesium in a 2:1 ratio, vitamins D3 and K2, iron and the active forms of vitamins B6, B12 and folate. Antioxidants.
Directions for Use
Adults: Take 2 tablets once daily, or as directed by a health care professional.
Warnings
- Adults only. Do not use if pregnant or likely to become pregnant.
- In very rare cases, curcumin may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching.
- This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
- Nutritional supplements can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
- Contains: Sulfites, phenylalanine and soyabean.
