A clean gut is the foundation of good health and overall feeling of wellness. This infusion of tea leaves, lemon balm and other herbs works to cure constipation. The warming properties of ginger and function of lemon as a natural laxative combine to relieve indigestion and stimulates bowel movement.

Ingredients

Senna Leaves, Green Tea, Peppermint, Licorice, Triphala, Chamomile, Hibiscus, Fennel, Flaxseed, Fenugreek, Lemon Balm

Brewing Instructions

Always use fresh water. Bring water to near boiling point (90 degree Celsius). Take 1 teaspoon / 1 teabag in a cup. Pour the heated water and steep the tea for 3-4 mins. Adjust the time of brewing as per desired strength.

Tea flavour enhances as it cools. Our teas can be re-brewed, just steep it longer for the second time.
