Ashwagandha Known as Indian ginseng or winter cherry, Ashwagandha is imbued with properties which help heal seasonal flu, boost immunity, and improve mental and physical wellbeing. A study in the Indian Journal of Medical Research found the herb to have the potential to treat rheumatoid arthritis. Further studies have revealed multiple benefits in the form of increasing insulin secretion, reducing anxiety levels, increase fertility, and regulate thyroid hormone and helps with anaemia.

Hibiscus Hibiscus is high in antioxidants and offers many benefits. In particular, it may help promote weight loss, reduce the growth of bacteria and cancer cells, and support the health of the heart and liver.

Lavender is widely used as an aromatherapy agent and supplement to help with anxiety, depression, and fatigue. This tea is thought to calm nerves, lead to better sleep, improve skin health, and provide many other benefits, though research is scarce and mostly focuses on lavender extracts.

Rooibos The main nutritional benefit of rooibos tea lies in its rich antioxidant content and it being a source of some unique polyphenols, including aspalathin. These protective plant compounds may help protect against the free radical damage that leads to conditions like diabetes, heart disease and potentially cancer. Rooibos tea may also promote bone health.

Rosemary is an excellent natural diuretic that can be used in diets targeted at weight loss and reducing retained fluid. It may streamlines digestion, promote hair growth, regulate blood sugar and heart health and helps eliminate free radicals.

Lemongrass Lemongrass is used as a folk remedy to promote sleep, relieve pain, and boost immunity. One of the most popular ways to enjoy lemongrass is in tea. It may help regulate your cholesterol, help promote healthy digestion, act as a diuretic. It has antioxidant, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties.

Valerian Root Research suggests valerian root may help improve sleep quality, reduce anxiety, improve symptoms of OCD, and reduce hyperactive behavior in children.

Rose Rose petal is a great source of vitamins and antioxidants. It is also free of caffeine, sugar, and calories. It contains Vitamins E and C, which are some of the best vitamins to promote healthy skin, reduce stress & anxiety. One of the most common traditional uses of rose tea is to treat stomach issues. Modern research suggests that this may be due to rose tea’s ability to increase our liver’s bile production. This helps your body digest food easier, prevents constipation and can improve nutrient absorption.

Licorice Licorice root may offer potential health benefits, such as fighting infection, preventing tooth decay, and relieving stomach discomfort. Glycyrrhizin is responsible for the root's sweet taste, as well as its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties. It helps to heal skin ailments such as eczema, psoriasis, inflammation, sunburn, persistent skin redness, and athlete’s foot.

Jasmine is bursting with powerful antioxidants, some of these being flavonoids, catechins, alkaloids, phenols, and proteins. Flavonoids protect our cells from damage and help reduce inflammation. Catechins boost the body’s immune function, lowering the risk of disease. Phenols help in fixing damages cells and increasing oxygen to the bloodstream. The catechins in the tea work to kill bacteria that forms plaque, which helps to prevent tooth decay or cavities.
