The Artisan Oil Mill Pecan Oil is made by cold pressing Australian grown pecans. The 300 year old artisan extraction method produces a strong nutty flavour and top nutritional qualities which you can enjoy over meals or as a body oil.
Pecan oil has a low saturated fat content and good amounts of mono and polyunsaturated fats making it a healthy cooking oil choice. Pecan oil has been shown to reduce bad cholesterol levels and the risk of heart disease.
Great for frying or baking and delicious on salads or pasta. Roast potatoes, onions pumpkin and carrots covered in pecan oil. Drizzle over desserts!
Pressed in small batches best before 18-24 months from purchase.
Unfiltered, unrefined pure pecan oil.
