Our Inositol is a precise & validated 40:1 ratio of Myo-Inositol to D-Chiro Inositol.

How To Use

Consume 2 - 4 servings per day before food, before bed or as recommended by your healthcare provider.

Mix 1 scoop (1000 mg) in 250 - 350ml of water, or add a scoop to your amino, protein, adrenal or superfood drink.

Do not exceed more than 4 serves per day.
