How to Use

Steep approximately 3g (around 2 teaspoons) of dried leaf in hot water. SuperFeast recommends starting with ¼–½ teaspoon and gradually increasing to 1 teaspoon if desired. Enjoy as a tea, or add to smoothies, coffee, hot chocolate or other drinks.
