Ingredients

Each capsule contains Mineral Salts (Sodium 167mg from Sodium Chloride, Potassium 57.4mg from Potassium Citrate, Magnesium 14mg from Magnesium Citrate, Calcium 10mg from Calcium Citrate), Cholecalciferol 2.5mcg (Vitamin D3) and Vegetarian Encapsulating Aids (171mg).

No added carbohydrates.

How to Take

Take 2 capsules every 30 minutes during prolonged physical activity or at the onset of cramp.

Do not exceed the recommended dose of up to 7 capsules daily.

The daily dose of this medicine contains 1169mg of sodium.
