Directions For Use
ADULT:
For the relief of MUSCULAR ACHES, PAINS, CRAMPS and SPASMS: Add 5 drops to 10mL base oil and massage onto affected area.
Assists the digestive system and aids DIGESTION: Add as above and massage onto stomach area in a clockwise direction.
If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
STORE BELOW 30°C.
