This organic form of magnesium is gentle on the stomach. Magnesium supports muscle function as well as teeth, bone and cardiovascular system health. Magnesium also maintains energy production, supports body of electrolyte balance and nervous system function. Magnesium assists the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is adequate.
Directions for use
Adults – Take 1 capsule two times daily with water. Restore cap after use to protect capsules from moisture.
Does not contain
animal products including eggs, fish, crustaceans, dairy. Also no gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, artificial covers, flavours, sweeteners and preservatives.
