1 In two double-bline, placebo-controlled studies, C. canephora robusta extract helped subjects lose weight. In the first study, which lasted 60 days, subjects taking this key ingredient lost an average of 10.95 lbs – cmpared to 5.4 lbs. for the placebo group. Both groups followed a low-calorie diet. In the second study, which lasted 8 weeks, subjects lost an average of 3.7 lbs., while the placebo group lost 1.25 lbs. Both groupls followed a calorie-reduced diet and moderate exercise plan.
