MCT Energy & Exercise contains C8, C10 and C12. Lauric Acid (C12) is a longer chain therefore it takes longer to breakdown. C12 is perfect for those who would like sustained energy throughout the day, like busy parents or those who are gym goers and want to physcially perform better for longer. C12 is also known to posses antimicrobial properties, which can help to keep our gut health in check. Medium chain triglycerides are easily absorbed and converted by the liver into ketones which help fuel the brain and body for mental and physical performance.
