Ingredients
Ramen: Vital wheat gluten, Pea protein, Wheat flour, Buckwheat flour, Pea fiber powder, Tapioca starch, Konjac powder, Xanthan gum, Sodium carbonate.
Spicy Curry Seasoning: Salt, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Curry Powder, Soybean Oil, Starch, Yeast Extract, Acid-Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein Powder, Tomato Powder, Disodium 5′-Ribonucleotide, Food Flavoring.
Vegetables: Green onion, Carrot.

To prepare
STOVE METHOD
Boil water in a saucepan and add the noodles. Gently separate the strands, reduce to medium heat and simmer for about 3 minutes or until the noodles reach your preferred chewiness. Add the spicy curry seasoning during the last minute of cooking and stir to dissolve. Finish with fresh vegetables like carrots and green onion, or add tofu or cooked chicken for extra volume.
MICROWAVE METHOD
Place the noodles in a microwave-safe bowl and add enough water to cover. Microwave on high for about 3 minutes, then carefully remove (contents will be hot) and stir in the spicy curry seasoning. Let the bowl sit for a minute to let flavors meld. Top with extra veggies or a squeeze of lime if desired.
