Lotus Lupin Flour is milled from Australian grown lupin. It is high in protein and low in fat and is gluten and wheat free. A great alternative to soya beans, use in cakes, dip, protein balls, falafels and salads.


Packed in Australia from local ingredients. Packaged in a re-sealable oxygen barrier bag to preserve freshness.


Lotus Lupin Flour is a good source of protein and low in fat. It is vegan and gluten free. Lotus Lupin Flour is ground from Australian Sweet Lupins (L. angustifolius), it lack any bitter taste and does not need any 'debittering'.
