BCAAs are the building blocks of protein.  Together with added magnesium and B vitamins, they reduce fatigue, muscle soreness and accelerate recovery.

Prevents Muscle Breakdown

BCAAs are anti-catabolic, which means they help prevent muscle breakdown.

4:1:1 Ratio

BCAA MAX has an optimum ratio of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine.  Leucine has been identified as the key amino acid for muscle growth.  Together Isoleucine and Valine enhance the effectiveness of Leucine.

Optimal Use

Add one serving (11g - approximately 2 scoops) of BCAA Max to 200mL of cold water or your hydration drink of choice and mix well (preferably in a shaker). Allow to rest for 1 minute and stir/shake again before consuming. Drink before, during or immediately after a training session.

The Science

Designed to deliver the benefits of intact proteins but with faster absorption, BCAA Max provides the key amino acids involved in muscle synthesis.

The Branched Chain Amino Acids Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine are widely recognised as the most important aminos for muscle building. Leucine is contained in muscle at a ratio of twice the other two, and research has shown a 4:1:1 ratio of these three BCAAs is the optimum for muscle recovery, matching the ratio delivered in BCAA Max.
