Derived from collagen extracted from free-range bovine hides, this gelatin powder provides a clean, high-quality protein with key amino acids that support tissue building and repair. Use it to add body to recipes or to boost the protein content of drinks and meals.
Because of its 125 bloom strength, the powder creates a soft, smooth gel that's perfect for delicate desserts and gummies. It dissolves readily when bloomed and heated, then sets into a consistent texture, so you get predictable results whether you're making panna cotta, fruit jellies or savoury aspics.

Growing & Processing: The gelatin is made from collagen extracted from grass-fed, free-range cattle raised on 100% natural pastures and wild grasses free from glyphosates. The animals are not treated with Bovaer, hormones (including rBGH) or antibiotics. Product is free from BSE and GMOs.

Ways to use it
Use in sweet or savoury recipes including jellies, gummies, desserts, soups and stocks. As a general guide, use 2 teaspoons (10 g) of gelatin per 1 cup (250 mL) of liquid for a soft set; adjust quantity for a firmer or softer finish depending on the recipe.
Blooming tip: Sprinkle the gelatin over a small amount of cold liquid and leave for a few minutes until even in texture, then stir into warm liquid until dissolved. For hot liquids add the bloomed gelatin to the hot mixture and whisk until fully incorporated.
- To make gummies or set desserts: bloom gelatin, dissolve into flavoured liquid, pour into moulds and refrigerate until set.
- For drinks: stir one serve into hot or room-temperature beverages after blooming for best texture.
- For stocks and soups: add during the cooking process to increase body and mouthfeel; chill to set if desired.
