Fab Iron Liquid is a gentle, easy-to-absorb, great-tasting liquid iron with energy boosting B group vitamins to help restore overall health.
Iron supplements can assist when a balanced diet alone cannot effectively maintain adequate levels of iron in the body.
Iron supplementation is especially important for vegetarians, vegans and during pregnancy, as healthy iron levels generally are not met. Also, due to the extra iron women require, and because of factors such as menstruation, iron deficiency is much more prevalent in women than in men.

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions.
Directions
Shake well before use. Use enclosed measuring device to obtain an accurate dose.
Children 2 – 3 years: Take 5mL, once daily
Children 4 – 12 years: Take 5mL, 1 to 2 times daily
Adults & children over 12 years: Take 10mL, 1 to 2 times daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.
For Children under 2 years: Consult your healthcare professional.
