Tri-Mag Restful Night delivers 300 mg of elemental magnesium per serve, from 3 sources of magnesium; Magnesium glycinate, Magnesium glycerophosphate and Magnesium citrate.
Tri-Mag Restful Night powder contains the botanical extracts of Crocus sativus (affron®), Eschscholzia californica (California Poppy) and Passiflora incarnate (Passionflower), which collectively promotes deep and refreshing sleep, while the magnesium supports muscle relaxation.
- A nutritional and herbal formulation with sedative properties to promote sleep

- Each 7g serve contains 3.9gm of glycine

Recommended use
Adults, mix 7 g (one level scoop) of the chocolate flavoured powder into 200 mL of water or your preferred milk and consume immediately. Take once daily an hour before bed or as directed by your healthcare professional.
