This formula also supports nervous system health, promotes healthy sleep quality, and helps maintain a healthy libido. In traditional use, these herbs have been known to promote healthy blood circulation, support heart health, and aid healthy digestion.

Directions
Recommended Dosage:
Adult (14+ years): 10 mL three times daily
Child (6–14 years): 5–10 mL three times daily
Dilute each dose in 10–30 mL of water, juice or milk and consume immediately.
Children 2–6 years take as professionally advised.
