Directions
Serving size: 1 Scoop (8.5g)
Take 1 scoop with 10 oz (300 mL) water 15-20 minutes before your workout. For first time use, take half a scoop to assess your tolerance. Do not consume less than 5-6 hours before sleep. Do not consume more than 1 scoops in a 24 hour period.
