Men's Essentials provides a comprehensive blend of vitamins, minerals and active B vitamins and supports general health and wellbeing. Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 relieve stress and fatigue. Vitamin C, D and Zinc support healthy immune system function. Selenium supports sperm production, and zinc maintains testosterone levels and cognitive function.

Dose
Adults: Take 1 capsule two times a day, or as prescribed by a health professional. Take with food.
Warnings
- The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
- ADDITIONAL WARNINGS:
- Adults only. Not to be taken by children under 2 years old.
- WARNING - Stop taking this product if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6].This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
