Stress Adapt features Ashwagandha KSM-66, a boutique quality herbal extract traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine as an adaptogen to help the body adapt to stress. Stress Adapt also includes Siberian ginseng, which is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve tiredness and fatigue, along with Schisandra, traditionally used in Chinese Medicine to support emotional wellbeing.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
