Ingredients

Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) dry root: 2.50 g equivalent (or 500mg of specific extract Ze 911)

Humulus lupulus (Hops) dry flower: 720 mg equivalent (or 120mg of specific extract Ze 919)

Directions

Adults and children over 12 years: Take one tablet half an hour to an hour before bed with water.
