Directions
Adult: 10mL (2 metric teaspoons) to 20mL (4 metric teaspoons) daily after a main meal.
Shake well before using.
Label warnings: If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 mcg retinol equivalents for women and 900mcg retinol equivalents for men. When taken in excess of 3000mcg retinol equivalents, Vitamin A can cause birth defects. Vitamin can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. Contains sodium benzoate. Products containing sorbitol may have laxative effect or cause diarrhoea. Contains fructose.
Storage: Store below 25 degree C in a dry place away from direct heat or sunlight. Refrigerate after opening.
