MCT Kick Start contains C8 and C10 medium chain triglycerides (MCT), derived from 100% coconuts. Caprylic Acid (C8) is known to increase energy, boost ketone production, and assist in weight-loss. Capric Acid (C10) has similar actions to C8, though as it's a longer chain, it takes slightly longer for the body to process it into ketones, and converting to available energy. Kick Start is a great choice when you're starting out, either to compliment your ketogenic diet or to help increased sustained energy throughout the day.

Medium chain triglycerides are easily absorbed and converted by the liver into ketones which help fuel the brain and body for mental and physical performance.

100% Medium Chain Triglycerides from Coconut Oil Caprylic acid (C8) 60% and capric acid (C10) 40%
Suitable for vegans, GM free, gluten free, soy free.
Does not contain any flavours, colours, sweeteners or fillers
Uses solvent-free fractionation to extract the MCTs. No chemical or solvents are used.
