Payments that we accept

For orders within Australia

  • Onsite payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards or PayPal. We also accept ZipPay and Afterpay.
  • Offsite payments can be made via Direct Transfer or Money Order or phoning/faxing Credit Card

How To Shop

To add any item to your shopping cart:

First select the size option. Increase the quantity of the size, colour, flavour, etc that wish to purchase and click on the "ADD TO CART" button below the options. If you should change your mind as you shop, you can always remove an item later during the checkout process.

If you wish to change the quantity of any item(s) in your shopping cart, just type the new quantity in the quantity field for that product and click on "Recalculate Total" button. You must click on "Recalculate Total" in order for the information to be saved.

When you have finished shopping and have placed each item in your shopping cart, click on "Proceed to checkout" to send us your order. You'll then be prompted to enter your email and a password, billing and shipping addresses and payment option. We'll receive your order immediately and will send you a confirmation email.

Optional ordering methods

If you prefer not to place your order online, you may order over the phone with our Customer Service staff: 1800 630 261. Phone orders may be subject to different pricing and discount structures. The website and the retail store operate as separate entities and pricing can vary on occasions.

Subscriptions and memberships

Subscriptions and memberships between the website and retail store are also separate.

Currency

All prices listed are in Australian dollars. Orders destined within Australia are subject to GST

How are parcels delivered?

We use Australia Post Registered Parcel delivery (eParcel) or Australia Post Express eParcel.

International Orders are delivered by DHL Express to over 190 countries and is exceptionally fast.

Does your site display all the products you stock?

We have thousands of product lines and about one third are listed online. Please feel free to make enquiries about any product you are looking for and can't find on the site.

How soon will my order be dispatched?

Orders paid for on-site through Securepay or Paypal and received by 1:00pm Mon-Fri will be processed that day. Off-site payment methods are slower and those orders are processed on the day of receiving payment. We will notify you of any delays. During promotions there may be an additional day for processing some orders.

When will I receive my order?

Do you deliver outside of Australia?

Yes, but we require that all international orders are paid by PayPal. For more detail, please see Shipping.

How do I ensure that my credit card information is secure?

Using our secure server means that your credit card number, name, address, and other information is guarded as it travels to our store. This is accomplished using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Secure Sockets Layer is the protocol we offer for safely transferring sensitive information over the Web. Please see our Security web page.

I can't see any delivery or click and collect options

An address must be entered in full for both delivery options and click and collect for these options to be visible.

Why can't I see any options to order practitioner products?

It is a requirement that a health questionnaire be filled out correctly and in full and subsequently approved by our staff before any practitioner products are able to be ordered. Practitioner products can only be ordered as a registered account and not as a guest account.

I can't seem to login with my membership details

Our in store memberships and our online system are not linked. As such a seperate account is required to be created. You are able to use the same details as you do in store as they do not conflict with each other.
