Eden Healthfoods UriTract Tea

A mild tasting, but powerfully effective tea. Juniper berries and Uva ursi have been used traditionally for centuries to cleanse the urinary tract. A healthy and clean urinary tract is important.

INGREDIENTS

Juniper berries, Uva unsi, Corn silk, Parsley leaf and root, Dandelion leaf, Horsetail, Golden rod flower, Gravel root, Hydrangea root, Peppermint leaf, Marshmallow root, Orange peel, Burdock root, Echinacea Angustifolia root, Echinacea Purpurea, Coriander.

DIRECTIONS

Put 6 tablespoons of UriTract Tea herbs into 2 Lt of distilled water. Be sure to use only stainless steel or glass cookware. Let the tea sit in the water overnight. In the morning heat up to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes. Strain the herbs, do not discard them, let the tea cool a little, but use it hot. This will give you enough tea for your 6 cups for the day. Put the used herbs back into the pot, add 3 tablespoons of fresh herbs and 2 Lt of distilled water. Let sit overnight and repeat whole process. Keep adding new herbs to old ones for 3 days, then discard all herbs and start over. This is a great tasting addition to your cleansing program. It will flush your system of toxins, acid and mucus while giving you concentrated amounts of minerals.
