Wildcraft Dispensary's Hypericum Herbal Ointment has been traditionally used to ease the pain of nerve conditions such as injuries to fingers or toes, cold sores, shingles, herpes virus, very sore paper cuts, puncture wounds, and minor burns.

The leaves and flowers of St Johns Wort contain special glands that release a red oil when pinched. Early Christians named this plant in honour of St John the Baptist. They say the red oil was first seen on the anniversary of St Johns beheading.

Wildcraft Dispensary's ointments are 100% natural and embrace the penetrating qualities of a cream with the protective benefits of an ointment. Every ingredient has been chosen for its therapeutic action. They use essential oils from Tea Tree and Rosemary for their antibacterial and antioxidant properties. Wheatgerm, Evening Primrose and infused oils deliver the active ingredients to the affected area, while Shea and Cocoa butters provide and preserve moisture in the skin layers. Their ointments are light and non greasy with a smooth texture and absorb well, allowing your skin to breathe naturally. They are easy to apply and comfortable to wear under clothing with or without a dressing. Their formulas contain no drying residues, harsh burning chemicals, artificial additives or cheap fillers.
