Sacha Inchi oil has been consumed in Peru as part of a traditional Inca diet for 3000 years and the plant is native to the rainforest of the Andean region of South America.

When to use this oil? Drizzle over salads, as a finishing oil and to add to smoothies.
Smoke point - low. Can be heated to approximately 160°C.
