GLUCO FORCE is an unflavoured & unsweetened pure carbohydrate powder ideal for consuming before, during or after training.
It can be added to protein powder or pre-workouts to increase carbohydrate content.
1 scoop provides approximately 45-60 minutes of energy for high intensity training.
To make an isotonic mix, take 1 scoop in 400-500ml of water.
Take 30 minutes prior to training.
Consume during training to maintain blood sugar levels.
Take post workout to replenish glycogen levels.
